When a Cobra Event occurs HRtrax will inform the user and ask if they want the system to create a Cobra Letter. HRtrax also watches for other events that may warrant a Cobra letter, such as a dependent coming of age, or a spouse reaching retirement age. Calendar Future Events & Reminders When we say calendaring-we mean that you can instruct HRtrax to store your additions/changes now, and on a day in the future, apply these additions/changes (just as if you keyed them on that day). What's unique about our approach to this common request, is the simplicity we used to accomplish a task others have made difficult to understand, or difficult for the user to implement. The format of our calendar screens is the same as the screen where you enter the current data (ie. the calendar payroll related screen looks like the payroll related screen), with the addition of the apply date field. This allows you to make multiple changes with one entry, and it allows you to stack changes upon changes, even for the same field, all with different apply dates.
True Point-In-Time, No-Boundaries History All HRtrax screens, where appropriate, keep full "screen-shot-history". This allows you to go back to any point in time and see what a particular employee's record looked like at that moment. This feature also allows reports to be run as if they were run at that point-in-time. Special history view screens also provide another way to view this data in a linear view, where you can see the current data compared to the prior data all on the same screen.
